We were in town for a funeral and had just gotten off the plane. We were hungry and gave this place a shot. Great decision. I had the Northwest wild salmon and true parmesan cream on sourdough pasta and it was amazing. I couldn't believe how good it was. Quite a bit of salmon and the pasta was great. We ended up buying 4 bags and bringing it home with us. Thanks for a great experience.

We were traveling internationally, moving to Korea actually. We were here on our last night in the US for a few years and what a treat! Our son said, “this is the best burger I have ever had in my life!” My husband had the prime rib and it was delectable. I had a patty melt and it was perfect. Our daughter went for the 4 cheese Mac. The meats- oh my gosh what delicious meats. Then- the ambiance! It’s a fun, fun space that feels intimate at the same time. Lastly, but especially- I must mention the service. It’s spot on fantastic. Sam took her time explaining the some of the cooking techniques. She has absolute confidence in the kitchen and represented her team well. She helped us make our choices and was so sweet with our son who just had to have another cornbread. The cornbread- you will be sucked in with that treat. Truly, this place is a gem. I can’t forget to mention- Sam also helped me choose a great beer to pair with my patty melt.

The food is so amazingly awesome here. I loved every bite. Probably the best burger I ever had.The meat tastes just perfect.It was really busy when I arrived and had no booking but I got a table quickly. I think you are better off booking, especially on a weekend night.Service was great, everyone was really friendly.The atmosphere and the whole setting is also very good. Would come back anytime

I stopped at Sharps Roasthouse after flying in from North Carolina. Due to delayed flights I hadn’t eaten all day...needless to say I was hungry. By the time I seated myself at the bar I was met with a welcome and a smile. Christine walked around to wipe off my area and ask me if I needed any recommendations. Within 10 minutes of my order I had my food. I can honestly say that my food was DELICIOUS and the environment is very clean and inviting. I will definitely tell my coworkers to stop by and experience this establishment on their business trips. Jim was very helpful as well and involved in assisting the staff to ensure the customers were happy. It’s rare to have such a great experience on a random stop. Thank you!

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience at Sharps. We were visiting on vacation to the area and as we often do, we were just driving around, spotted the place and said to each other, let's stop here. We were very happy with our decision. The restaurant has a romantic feel to it, the wall art is really charming, the wait staff are phenomenal and the food, incredible! If you are in the area, give them a try. We had the meal for two and out waitress brought out our meal already split between two plates, thoughtful!

Got forced to stay in Seattle due to a problem with a flight to Alaska. My friend and I saw RoastHouse on our shuttle from the airport. Decided to try them out for dinner. We were not disappointed. Friendly service, amazing appetizers, and warm welcoming atmosphere. I have eaten prime rib all over the United States and this ranked in my favorite top two! Looking forward to another trip to Seattle so I can stop by Sharps! Thank you for such a wonderful dining experience.

Top class eatery. Amazing service works best for a meal for two! Their hand made- hand rolled pasta signature dishes are the perfect evening- fillers. Complemented with a double glass of white or red.. ooh la la !

Delicious salmon chowder and fantastic prime rib. 25 beers on tap, home made tequila and vodka, you won't get thirsty either. To top it off, attentive service and reasonable price. I'll come back soon.

Just had to try the ribs and can tell you: they are delicious! Taste even gets better with each piece. Good atmosphere and thoughtful service.Very suitable for folks eating alone too!

Atmosphere was call. But very cool. The waitress was top Notch. Attentive in all the best way. The food was good but a little heavy. The prime rib was also excellent. Would eat here again if I was back in town.
